At The Kardboard Krew, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy, we’re here to help.
Returns
Eligibility:

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly through our official website.
Non-Returnable Items:

Sale, clearance, and promotional items (marked “Final Sale”).

Underwear, socks, and hats (for hygiene reasons).

Customized or limited edition pieces.
How to Return:

Email us at thekardboardkrew@proton.me with your order number and reason for return.

We will provide return instructions and a shipping address.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

We’ll send you a confirmation email.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will cover the cost of return shipping and ensure a replacement is sent out quickly.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:

Check your bank account again.
